This policy explains what data ZDToolx collects and how it is used. We collect as little as possible.

1. Data we collect

• Purchase data: when you buy, Creem (our Merchant of Record) processes your payment. We receive your name, email, the product purchased and the license status. We never see or store your card details.
• License data: license key, activation date and an anonymous device identifier, used to verify your license.
• Usage counts: the number of times you use limited features, used to enforce plan limits.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics (such as page views and country) that do not identify you personally.

2. Files and content you process

Where possible, tools run entirely in your browser and your files never leave your device. When a feature requires server processing, files are processed only to deliver the result and are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the Services, verify licenses, answer support requests and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party services

We use Creem (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Ko-fi (optional tips). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Purchase and license records are kept as long as needed for your license and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@zdtoolx.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
