These Terms govern your use of the websites, plugins, APIs and other software (the "Services") provided by ZDToolx, operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Some features require a paid license or subscription. A license is personal and non-transferable unless the product page states otherwise. You may not share, resell or publish license keys.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Creem handles payment processing, sales tax and invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the paid parts of the Services. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We may change, limit or discontinue free features at any time. For paid plans we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You keep all rights to the content you process with the Services. You give us only the permissions needed to operate the Services for you.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculators and generated content are for reference only; please verify important results yourself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
