If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email support@zdtoolx.com within 14 days of the payment with your order email, and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked for first-time purchases.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days if the paid features were not used during that period.
Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Creem, to the original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank. After a refund, the related license key is deactivated.
Voluntary tips made through Ko-fi are donations and are generally not refundable. If you tipped by mistake, contact us and we will do our best to help.
